Reinventing Organizations : La version résumée et illustrée qui invite à repenser le management

The uplifting message of Reinventing Organizations has resonated with readers all over the world. They have turned it, one conversation at a time, into a true word-of-mouth phenomenon. The book has helped shift the conversation from what's broken with management today to what's possible. It is inspiring thousands of organizations-corporations and non-profits, schools and hospitals-to adopt, radically more powerful, soulful, and purposeful practices.

The book resonates widely, but not everyone has time to devote to a dense 500-page management book. This illustrated version conveys the main ideas of the original book and shares many of its real-life stories in a lively, engaging ways. Don't be surprised if you find it hard to put down and end up reading it almost in one sitting. Welcome to the conversation on next-stage organizations.

Étienne Appert
During 15 years, Étienne Appert was a management consultant, then a manager, and a manager of managers after that. Since 2010, he has been a drawer! He publishes comics - notably about work and the professional environment. He also develops purely artistic projects, which combine several arts: mythological tales, drawing, theatre, music, even cinema and cartoons sometimes. In addition to all of this, he often draws live for companies in order to accompany transformation processes, in ways they invent together with the clients. Étienne Appert likes using his line to serve positive and creative dynamics he identifies with.  More information on his work: http://www.etienneappert.fr/
