Les employés d'abord, les clients ensuite

This international and fascinating bestseller has become a management textbook (the first edition in French was published in 2011). In this new version, illustrated by Étienne Appert, Vineet Nayar, who pushes his readers to become charismatic leaders themselves, tells inspiring anecdotes.

Vineet Nayar has been called “the father of trust management” after developing a culture of trust and transparency in his group HCL.

Observing that those closest to customers bring in the most value, Vineet Nayar turned the pyramid of management upside down and had bosses serve their employees. This process was initiated in 2005 and it has given so impressive results that it inspired companies worldwide and from all industries, even before the concept of “freedom-form companies”.

"The world’s most modern management." Fortune

“Vineet Nayar is told to have invented an unprecedented method to structure and manage a company. I think it could not be truer. And I am not afraid to say that Vineet Nayar could be the new Peter Drucker.”
