This book is a new edition of the first one that was ever published about the “Collaborator Experience” in France. It has been enriched with a foreword from Emmanuel Marill, General Director of Airbnb France, and it describes “collaborator experience” and explains how to start it, extend it and then measure its impact.
Corinne Samama defines “Collaborator Experience” as “all of the key moments an employee or a collaborator experiences in the organization from the moment they are hired up until they leave the company”.
