L'Expérience Collaborateur

This book is a new edition of the first one that was ever published about the “Collaborator Experience” in France. It has been enriched with a foreword from Emmanuel Marill, General Director of Airbnb France, and it describes “collaborator experience” and explains how to start it, extend it and then measure its impact.

 

Corinne Samama defines “Collaborator Experience” as “all of the key moments an employee or a collaborator experiences in the organization from the moment they are hired up until they leave the company”. She explains that what is at stake for companies is their reputation as their employees are their brand ambassadors. We are living in days of social media and a bad image inside the company can rapidly grow into a bad public image. Organizations do not have a choice anymore: they have to be very careful about what their collaborators experience at work.

 

The Collaborateur Experience’s objective is for employees to feel good in their jobs. This process depends on the human aspect (trust, relationships, management quality), on work facilitation (use and simplification) and on the sense missions carry. This approach calls for a more human, smarter and more fulfilling work environment. The objective is to obtain and maintain commitment and to enhance employee’s belonging sense.
